Weight Watchers International’s Registered Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $595 million registered secondary common stock offering of Weight Watchers International, Inc., a global wellness company and a leading commercial weight management program. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 15, 2018.
