Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent in connection with $7 billion of credit facilities made available to Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (“ADP”). The agreements included a $3.25 billion 364‑day credit agreement and a $3.75 billion five‑year credit agreement. ADP is a global provider of cloud‑based human capital management solutions and business process outsourcing services, analytics and compliance expertise. The transaction closed on June 15, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner James D. Cooper and associate Spencer C. Joffrion on banking matters and associate Damien J. Rose on tax matters.
