Morgan Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., BNP Paribas, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$300 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of Allegion plc, a leading global provider of security products and solutions. The transaction closed on September 16, 2015.
