Allegion’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities, BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $400 million registered senior notes offering of Allegion plc, a leading global provider of security products and solutions. The transaction closed on September 27, 2019.
The Cravath team was led by partners William V. Fogg and Michael E. Mariani and included associates William F. Roegge, Nicholas J. Maida and Eric S. Goodwin.
