Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $150 million initial public offering of units of AMCI Acquisition Corp. II, a blank check company for the purpose of effecting a merge, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. AMCI Acquisition Corp. II is sponsored by an affiliate of AMCI Group, a privately held group that invests in and operates industrial businesses focused on natural resources, transportation, infrastructure, metals and energy. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The transaction closed on August 6, 2021.
