Cravath represented Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as administrative agent, in connection with the arrangement of a $800 million revolving credit facility made available to Arconic Corporation, a leading manufacturer of aluminum sheets, plates, extrusions, and architectural products. The transaction closed on May 13, 2020.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Sarah F. Rosen and associates DongHwa Kim and Emily C. Weiss on banking matters, and associates Cecily Xi and Carlos Nicholas Obando on tax matters.

Arconic Rolled Products Corporation’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Second‑Lien Notes Offering
Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities and Citigroup, in connection with the $600 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured second‑lien notes offering of Arconic Rolled Products Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer focused on rolled products, extrusions and architectural products and systems. This offering was completed in anticipation of the spin‑off of Arconic Rolled Products Corporation from Arconic Inc. which engineers, manufactures and sells lightweight metals worldwide. The transaction closed on February 7, 2020.
