Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities and Citigroup, in connection with the $600 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured second‑lien notes offering of Arconic Rolled Products Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer focused on rolled products, extrusions and architectural products and systems. This offering was completed in anticipation of the spin‑off of Arconic Rolled Products Corporation from Arconic Inc. which engineers, manufactures and sells lightweight metals worldwide. The transaction closed on February 7, 2020.
The Cravath team included partners Andrew J. Pitts, Joseph D. Zavaglia and D. Scott Bennett and associates Claudia J. Ricciardi, James I. Kim and Zachary B. Ramirez‑Brunner on securities matters.
