Axalta’s $1.18 Billion Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriter, Goldman, Sachs & Co., in connection with the US$1.18 billion secondary common stock offering of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a leading global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high performance coatings systems. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on August 2, 2016.
