Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank, in connection with the €450 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering by Axalta Coating Systems Dutch Holding B B.V., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. is a leading global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high performance coatings systems. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 27, 2016.
