Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $500 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Axalta Coating Systems Dutch Holding B B.V., a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a leading global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high performance coatings systems. The transaction closed on November 17, 2023.
The Cravath team included partners Craig F. Arcella and Douglas Dolan and associates Connor F. O’Neill and Ikechi J.
