Cravath represented Bacardi Limited in connection with its $2.6 billion 144A/Reg. S notes offering. Bacardi Limited is the largest privately held spirits company in the world. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance the acquisition of Patrón Spirits International AG and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on April 30, 2018.
