Bacardi Limited’s Debt Offering

Cravath represented Bacardi Limited in connection with its €650 million Regulation S debt offering. Based on sales volume, Bacardi Limited is the largest privately held spirits company in the world and was ranked number three among spirits companies globally at the time of the offering. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 3, 2013.
