Baker Hughes’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of Baker Hughes Holdings LLC and Baker Hughes Co‑Obligor, Inc. Baker Hughes is a fullstream oilfield technology provider that has a unique mix of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions. The transaction closed on May 1, 2020.

The Cravath team included partners William V. Fogg and Andrew J. Pitts and associates Matthew G. Jones, Andrew D. Norwich and Shannon R. Westerlind on securities matters, and partner Christopher K. Fargo and associates Cecily Xi and Kyle R. Jorstad on tax matters.
