BDT Capital’s $9.1 Billion Investment Fund

On May 12, 2020, BDT Capital Partners (“BDT Capital”) announced in documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it had raised $9.1 billion of capital commitments for its third investment fund, BDT Capital Partners Fund 3, L.P. Cravath represented BDT Capital in connection with the fund.

The Cravath team included associates Maurio A. Fiore, Alexander E. Greenberg, Shu-en Wee and David E. Jean-Baptiste on corporate matters; partners Andrew W. Needham and Christopher K.
