Ben Gruenstein Delivers Presentation to the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators

On May 8, 2022, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein presented to the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, a collaboration between public‑and private‑sector litigation professionals and the Basel Institute on Governance which aims to promote worldwide access to solutions in cases of economic crime. Ben’s presentation reviewed what U.S. and non‑U.S. lawyers must do to comply with recently introduced sanctions against Russia while ensuring that they fulfill their ethical obligations to their clients.
