Ben Gruenstein Elected to Serve as Member of the American Law Institute

On December 21, 2022, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein was elected to serve as a new member of the American Law Institute, an independent organization that produces scholarly work. Ben and other new ALI members will bring their respective expertise to the organization’s mission of clarifying the law through Restatements of the Law, Model Codes and Principles of Law, as well as via legal scholarship and education.
