On October 15, 2014, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein hosted a live webcast entitled “Navigating the U.S. Criminal Law Maze in the Corporate Deal,” presented by the Practising Law Institute. The program discussed key criminal laws and regulations affecting corporate deals, including domestic and foreign anti‑bribery, sanctions, export control and anti‑money laundering laws and regulations, as well as related due diligence and compliance issues.
