Ben Gruenstein Participate in IFLR’s 2017 White Collar Forum

Cravath partners Benjamin Gruenstein participated in International Financial Law Review’s (IFLR) White Collar Crime Forum, which was held on June 28, 2017, in London. Ben spoke on a panel entitled “Protecting and Representing Executives and Board Members,” which discussed U.S. and European enforcement priorities regarding individuals, strategies to position individuals for favorable outcomes and the relationships between companies and executives during the investigation process.
