Ben Gruenstein Speaks at PLI’s 2016 Corporate Compliance and Ethics Institute

On June 2, 2016, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein participated in the “Corporate Compliance and Ethics Institute 2016,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Ben spoke on a panel entitled “Ethics for Compliance Lawyers and Compliance Officers,” which discussed corporate risk assessments, attorney‑client privilege and professional standards related to compliance and ethics.
