Ben Gruenstein Speaks at PLI’s 2016 Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance & Ethics Forum

On November 14, 2016, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein participated in the “Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance & Ethics Forum 2016,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Ben gave a talk entitled “Legal Ethics: The Lawyer’s Role When Something Goes Wrong in Financial Services,” which covered ethical considerations for attorneys conducting internal investigations and their obligations to report potential compliance violations.
