Ben Gruenstein Speaks at PLI’s 2018 Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance Forum

Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein participated in the “Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance Forum 2018,” which was presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City on November 12, 2018. Ben made a presentation entitled “Legal Ethics: The Lawyer’s Role When Something Goes Wrong in Financial Services,” which discussed the role of in‑house lawyers and compliance officers in internal investigations and the ethical considerations surrounding the duty of lawyers and compliance officers to self‑report.
