Ben Gruenstein Speaks on Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Enforcement

On October 25, 2014, Cravath partner Benjamin Gruenstein spoke at the International Law Students Association’s (ILSA) 2014 International Law Weekend, “International Law in a Time of Chaos,” a conference presented in connection with the American Branch of the International Law Association and held in New York City. Ben spoke on a panel entitled “The Political Economy of Cross‑Border Anti‑Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Laws and Enforcement,” which discussed the fundamentals of international and national regulation of bribery and corruption, including key enactments, the purpose behind these measures and enforcement trends over the years.
