BNSF’s Debt Offering

Cravath represented Burlington Northern Santa Fe (“BNSF”) in connection with its US$750 million registered debt offering. BNSF is a holding company engaged primarily in railroad transportation through BNSF Railway Company, its principal subsidiary. The transaction closed on August 22, 2011.

The Cravath team included partners William V. Fogg and Andrew J. Pitts.
