Brittany Sukiennik Speaks at the 2024 National Wildland Fire Conference

On April 27, 2024, Cravath partner Brittany L. Sukiennik participated in the National Wildland Fire Conference, which was co‑hosted by various entities in Monterey, CA. The event convened legal experts, policy makers, land managers, firefighters, foresters, scientists and insurers to discuss the challenges in dealing with the ever‑growing threat of wildfires. Brittany spoke on a panel entitled “Managing Complex Wildland Fire Cases - Effective Approaches through Proper Case Leadership, Management, and Organization. Challenges and Perspectives from the Bench and Bar.”
