Burford Capital Global Finance LLC’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cravath represented Burford Capital Global Finance LLC in connection with its $300 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering to qualified purchasers. Burford Capital Global Finance is a subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited, the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law. The transaction closed on September 17, 2026.

The Cravath team included partners Ryan J. Patrone and Andrew J. Pitts and associates Nathaniel E. Hatter, Carly B. Sadicario, Ryan W.
