Capital Product Partners L.P.’s Registered Common Unit Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by UBS Investment Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Raymond James, in connection with the US$139 million registered offering of common units of Capital Product Partners L.P., an international diversified shipping company. The units were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on April 21, 2015.
The Cravath team included partner David Mercado and associate Christopher M. Payne. Alex M. Dzioba also worked on this matter.
