Commerce Bancshares, Inc.’s Preferred Stock Offering

June 19, 2014

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$150 million offering of depositary shares representing preferred stock of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., a bank holding company. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on June 19, 2014.
