The transaction closed on March 21, 2012. Cravath also represented Credit Suisse as dealer manager for a concurrent senior notes tender offer by CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., together with its parent company, Community Health Systems, Inc., is a leading operator of general acute care hospitals in non-urban and mid-size markets throughout the United States.
