Cooper‑Standard Holdings’s Registered Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BofA Merrill Lynch, in connection with the US$150 million registered secondary common stock offering of Cooper‑Standard Holdings Inc., a leading global supplier of systems and components for the automotive industry. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 22, 2016.

The Cravath team included associate Max A. Greenwald and foreign associate attorney Isabel de Carvalho e Silva on securities matters and partner Christopher K. Fargo on tax matters.
