Costamare’s Registered Offering of Common Stock

Cravath represented Costamare Inc. in connection with its US$72 million registered offering of common stock. Costamare is an international owner of containerships, chartering its vessels to many of the world’s largest liner companies. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on December 5, 2016.
