Costamare’s Registered Perpetual Preferred Stock Offering

Cravath represented Costamare Inc. in connection with its $115 million registered perpetual preferred stock offering. Costamare is an international owner of containerships, chartering its vessels to many of the world’s largest liner companies. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on January 30, 2018.
