Cravath Announces New Partners and Of Counsels

Cravath has elected the following new partners, who will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2026:

• Hannah Lynne Dwyer (J.D., The University of Texas School of Law; B.B.A., University of Notre Dame), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on antitrust and general commercial matters.
• Ellen H. Park (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., University of California, San Diego), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on venture capital and capital markets matters.
• Maria Ricaurte (J.D., University of Michigan Law School; B.B.A., University of Notre Dame), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on M&A matters.
• Melissa A. Syring (J.D., Rutgers Law School - Camden; B.A., Biola University), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on general commercial and securities matters.
• Patrick S. Taylor (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., Brigham Young University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
• Ryan J. Wichtowski (J.D., Duke Law School; B.S., Fordham University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on intellectual property matters.

Additionally, Brian M. Budnick, Joyce Law, Joseph A. Marshall, Danielle C. Segal, Annmarie M. Terraciano and Carys J. Webb were named of counsels of the Firm, effective January 1, 2026.
