Cravath Co‑Hosts Event in Israel on IPOs and M&A Sales

On October 30, 2019, Cravath co‑hosted an event with Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., the Intercontinental Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange entitled “Preparing to Monetize: IPOs and M&A Sales,” which was held in Tel Aviv, Israel. Cravath partners Aaron M. Gruber and Nicholas A. Dorsey spoke on a panel entitled “Looking Ahead to Your Big Deal: What You Need to Know and Do Now,” which included an overview of the IPO and sales processes and a discussion of strategic, corporate, intellectual property, disclosure and valuation matters and considerations.
