Cravath Partner Honored at 2019 Americas Rising Star Awards by Euromoney Legal Media Group

A Cravath partner was honored at Euromoney Legal Media Group’s second annual Americas Rising Star Awards, which were held on September 12, 2019, in New York City. Aaron M. Gruber received the “Best in Mergers & Acquisitions” award and was recognized for his role on the Cravath team representing Linde in its $70 billion merger with Praxair, which was named by Euromoney as a “Deal of the Year.”
