Cravath Partners Featured by Crain’s as 2021 “Notable Women in Law”

Cravath partners Rachel G. Skaistis and Lauren A. Moskowitz were named to Crain’s New York Business’s 2021 list of “Notable Women in Law,” which was published on December 21, 2020. The feature honors lawyers for their “professional achievements and pro bono work in industry and community organizations.”

Crain’s highlighted Rachel’s work advising boards of directors and management in connection with “high‑pressure” government and internal investigations, shareholder demands and accounting restatements, including Crown Castle, General Electric, Novartis, Telia Company and the board of directors of Alphabet Inc.

Crain’s noted Lauren’s representation of “A‑list clients,” including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Alcon Laboratories and Epic Games, on a wide range of general commercial, securities, antitrust, intellectual property and financial restructuring litigation matters.
