Cravath represented the administrative agent and the joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the arrangement of $1.165 billion of credit facilities made available to CWGS Group, LLC (doing business as “Camping World”), a company that operates as a recreational vehicle (RV) and outdoor retailer. The transaction closed on June 3, 2021.
