Dave Marriott Co‑Authors First Installment of Bloomberg BNA Big Law Business Column on Resolving Disputes

An article co‑authored by Cravath partner David R. Marriott, entitled “On Resolving Disputes: A Cravath Partner and Exxon Mobil’s GC (Perspective),” was published on August 18, 2016 on the Bloomberg BNA Big Law Business website. The article, co‑authored with S. Jack Balagia of Exxon Mobil, focuses on the ways outside counsel and in‑house lawyers can work together to resolve litigation efficiently.
