DHT Holdings’ Exchange and Concurrent Placement of Convertible Senior Notes

Cravath represented DHT Holdings, Inc. in connection with its $125 million privately negotiated exchanges of existing convertible and concurrent placement of new convertible senior notes. DHT Holdings, Inc. operates a fleet of crude oil tankers. The transaction closed on August 21, 2018.
