DHT Holdings’s Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented DHT Holdings, Inc. in connection with its US$72 million registered offering of common stock. DHT Holdings, Inc. operates a fleet of crude oil tankers. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 9, 2011.
