DHT’s Senior Convertible Notes and Registered Common Stock Offerings

Cravath represented DHT Holdings, Inc. in connection with its US$150 million private placement of convertible senior notes and its US$150 million registered common stock offering. DHT Holdings, Inc. operates a fleet of crude oil tankers. The proceeds from these offerings were used to finance the acquisition of Samco Shipholding Pte. Ltd. The transactions closed on September 15, 2014.
