Diamond Foods, Inc.’s High-Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, Barclays, Wells Fargo Securities, BMO Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, in connection with the US$230 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior debt offering of Diamond Foods, Inc., a packaged food company focused on building and energizing brands. The transaction closed on February 19, 2014.
