EG Global Finance plc’s Private Placement of High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes

Cravath represented the notes purchasers in connection with the £675 million private placement of high‑yield senior secured notes of EG Global Finance plc. EG Global Finance plc is a subsidiary of EG Group Limited, a leading global independent convenience retailer with a diversified portfolio of over 6,000 sites across ten countries in North America, Europe and Australia. The notes were listed on The International Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 12, 2021.
