Entegris’s US$360 Million Financing

April 01, 2014

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., in connection with the US$360 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior unsecured notes offering of Entegris, Inc., a worldwide developer, manufacturer and supplier of products and materials used in processing and manufacturing in the microelectronics and other high-technology industries. The proceeds of the notes offering, together with borrowings under other debt facilities and available cash, will be used to fund Entegris, Inc.’s acquisition of ATMI, Inc. The offering closed on April 1, 2014.

The Cravath team included associates William D. Podurgiel, Mark Klaver and Holden K. Sumner.
