Eurazeo’s Majority Investment in WorldStrides

On November 9, 2017, Eurazeo, in partnership with Primavera Capital Group, announced it has entered into an agreement to invest in WorldStrides, a premier experiential education provider serving students of all ages. Cravath is representing Eurazeo in connection with the transaction.
