Evolent Health’s Convertible Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented Evolent Health, Inc. in connection with its US$125 million 144A convertible senior debt offering. Evolent Health provides an integrated value‑based care platform to the nation’s leading health systems and physician organizations. The transaction closed on December 5, 2016.
