Expedia Group, Inc.’s $2.5 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented the administrative agent, joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $2.5 billion revolving credit facility made available to Expedia Group, Inc., an online travel company. The transaction closed on April 14, 2022.

The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and associate Olivia Ya Huang on banking matters, and partner Arvind Ravichandran and associate Sonia Katharani‑Khan on tax matters. Trevor Lutzow also worked on banking matters.
