Extreme Reach’s Term Loan Facilities

July 28, 2016

Cravath represented the administrative agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the approximately $550 million of term loan facilities for Extreme Reach, Inc., to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Digital Generation, Inc. The facilities included a $385 million first‑lien term loan facility and $165 million second‑lien term loan facility. The transaction closed on July 8, 2016.

The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz and associate W. Lee Johnston. Summer associate Michael W. Fahner also worked on this matter.

The facilities consisted of a $275 million revolving credit facility and a $150 million term loan facility. The transaction closed on August 14, 2026.
