FECI’s Term Loan Facilities

Cravath represented the borrower, Florida East Coast Industries, LLC (“FECI”), in connection with its $485 million term loan facility arranged by Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. Cravath also represented FECI in connection with its $50 million term loan facility arranged by CanAm Capital Partners, LLC. FECI is a leading commercial real estate, transportation and infrastructure company. The transactions closed on August 17, 2020 and August 19, 2020, respectively.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Brittain A. Rogers and associates Kelly M. Smercina and Victoria L. Romvary on banking matters, and partner J. Leonard Teti II, senior attorney Andrew Carlon and associate Luis Calderon‑Gomez on tax matters.
