Cravath represented Ferroglobe PLC in connection with its US$350 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering. The notes were co‑issued by Ferroglobe PLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. Ferroglobe PLC is one of the world’s largest producers of metal alloys and other metallic products. The transaction closed on February 15, 2017.
