Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented Owl Rock Capital Corporation as a direct lender of $110 million term and revolving credit facilities to finance private equity firm First Reserve’s acquisition of Applied‑Cleveland Holdings, Inc. from Nautic Partners. Applied‑Cleveland Holdings Inc. provides third‑party inspection services for the maintenance of oil and natural gas transmission, distribution, midstream and gathering lines and other critical infrastructure. The transaction closed on September 8, 2016.

The transaction closed on June 2, 2025.
